FAQ

Q: I don't see my store in the dashboard dropdown. What do I do?
A: Make sure the store is set up on the Scan Data Setup page with a valid account number and Active status.

A: This usually means the transactions data hasn't processed the data yet, or there were no qualifying sales in the selected period. Check back after the day closes. If you are still facing issues, please contact CStoreiQ support.
