Start with these three articles in order:
Every time a lottery truck delivers → use Confirm Pack to record what arrived.
When you put a pack on the counter → use Activate Pack.
Every business day, at the end of your shift → use Day Close to enter today's lottery sales.
On your settlement day each week → check Weekly Settlement to see what the lottery commission will sweep from (or deposit to) your bank.
Tip: You only need to add a game once. After that, every pack of that game uses the same game record.
Tip: Run Day Close the morning after each business day, with the lottery terminal's printed Sales Report in hand. You'll type the numbers from that report into CStoreiQ.
Tip: If your scanner doesn't read a barcode, every screen has a Manual Entry option — just type the numbers from the ticket.
